Return & Exchange Policy

At our store, we are committed to customer satisfaction and to providing a reliable and clear shopping experience in accordance with the applicable e-commerce regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Accordingly, the following return and exchange policy has been adopted:

First: Return & Exchange Period

  • Customers may request a return within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Customers may request an exchange within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer may request a return or exchange within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the store is notified and supplied with the required photos and information.

Second: Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges

  • To accept a return or exchange request, the following conditions must be met:
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and not altered in any way.
  • The product must be returned with all its accessories, original packaging, and the invoice or order number.
  • The return or exchange request must be submitted within the specified period mentioned above.
  • The product must not be among the excluded items listed in this policy.

Third: Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Returns or exchanges do not apply to the following cases:
  • Used products or products damaged due to misuse.
  • Sportswear and personal products after being opened or used, in order to maintain health and safety standards.
  • Products designed or customized based on the customer’s request.
  • Sports equipment or devices that have been installed or operated, unless a proven manufacturing defect exists.
  • Discounted products or special offer items, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Fourth: Manufacturing Defects or Damage During Shipping

  • If the customer receives a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing defect, the store must be notified within no more than 48 hours from the time of delivery, along with clear photos of the product, packaging, and order number.
  • The store shall bear the shipping costs related to the return or exchange if a manufacturing defect or an error in the order from the store’s side is confirmed.
  • The store reserves the right to inspect the product and verify its condition before approving the return or exchange request.

Fifth: Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase whenever possible.
  • Refund processing may take from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider or the customer’s bank.

Sixth: Shipping Fees

  • Shipping and logistics fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.
  • The customer shall bear the return or exchange shipping fees unless the reason is due to an error from the store or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Seventh: Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request to cancel the order before it is shipped and handed over to the shipping company.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the store’s approved return and exchange policy.

Eighth: Returns at the Branch

  • Products can be returned at the branch in Madinah only, subject to the return conditions stated in this policy.

Ninth: General Terms

  • The store reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
  • By completing a purchase from the store, the customer agrees to this policy.
  • This policy is subject to the applicable e-commerce regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
